Auto Body Paint
Auto body paint is applied to automobiles in several coats to protect against rust, and give the car a nice deep color. Initially robots armed with many nozzles spray the original coats on. The sheets of the car are then run through a wind tunnel. Any waste or flakes that run off are treated as toxic waste, due to the fact they contain toxins. Out of all the processes in making a car, painting is the most expensive step.

The paint is passed through an electric field, which charges the paint droplets. The electrostatic charge helps the paint droplet stick to the body and deploy evenly. Robots can easily cover large areas of body fast, but are not agile enough to work with small parts. Small parts end up being painted by hand, thus wasting a lot of time and money.
If you have an old automobile lying around you can donate it to charity! Our car donation services don’t only take cars, but you can also donate your boat! Why not donate rvs, cars and boats all for a good cause?
