Ford motor company used to be one of the most prestigious automotive companies around. Their famous Motel T was the start of the automotive craze. It was one of the most popular cars at the time, with thousands sold.

So what happened to that great business model? Well I think their recent recalls and poor managing techniques, Ford has now lost an annual profit of $2.7 billion.
Perhaps this has to do with them handing out $1,000 checks to each employee. Not sure what the folks at Ford are thinking, but I don’t think it’s working.
